We handle the full clearance of your goods, from the arrival notice to authorised release.

Importing demands, in any of the six countries, documentary precision and control of timing. One wrong tariff code or one incomplete supporting document can mean a physical inspection, a penalty, or storage charges that pile up by the day. Our job is to make sure that does not happen.

How we run the service

  1. Document intake

    We review the commercial invoice, transport document and supporting papers before the cargo arrives.

  2. Advance classification

    We settle the tariff code and the prior requirements: sanitary, phytosanitary and technical.

  3. Filing and payment

    We file the declaration, assess duties and arrange electronic payment.

  4. Release and delivery

    We attend any inspection, obtain release and coordinate pickup.

How long does clearance take?

With complete documentation and no inspection flag, release usually comes the same day the declaration is filed. With physical inspection, one to three working days depending on the warehouse.

What documents do I need to import?

At minimum: commercial invoice, transport document (BL, AWB or waybill) and packing list. Depending on the product, add certificate of origin, import licence and clearances from the relevant agency.

Do I need to be registered as an importer?

Yes. You need the tax registration covering import activity and, in some cases, registration in the single window. We handle both.
